The things that some Eurorack modules do aren't easy to put into words and the Erica Synths Black Ring-Xfade is a great example of such a module. This unique unit comes loaded with two ring modulators/wave-shapers and a crossfader. While you'd normally need two signals to run a ring modulator, the Ring-XFade allows a lone input signal to pass through unhindered, but you can always add another signal and get remarkable ring modulations and wave-shapings in return. What's more, the complex, practically indescribable results are twofold because the Black Ring-Xfade features two ring modulators. Hook it up and hear for yourself.
